A studio that draws and builds.
Vismit Architects has designed across India since 2006. Vismit Ventures is the arm that carries a project past the drawings, through civil work, construction and interiors to handover.
The studio began with architecture: restaurants, offices, schools, houses, across a range of typologies wide enough that few briefs arrive unfamiliar. Over twenty years the practice built a habit of drawing in detail, services coordinated, joinery specified, finishes scheduled, long before anyone poured concrete.
Vismit Ventures applies that habit to delivery. One contract covers design, civil, construction and interiors, so the drawings and the building stay the same thing.
