Scope

Earthwork and foundation

Excavation, soil treatment, footings and plinth.

RCC and masonry

Structure cast to schedule, with steel and mix checked on site.

Waterproofing

Terrace, sunken slabs, basements and wet areas, the item that causes most post-handover trouble when it is rushed.

MEP rough-in

Conduits, sleeves and drainage laid before slabs close, not chased afterwards.

Part of turnkey

The half nobody sees.

Levels, waterproofing, conduits and drainage decide how a building behaves for the next twenty years. We do this work ourselves, and we are still on site when the finish goes over it, so it is done to last, not to pass.
