Transforming a compact 40×60 plot into a state-of-the-art office building was an exciting challenge that allowed us to merge modern technology, elegant design, and functionality. Designed for a client from the software industry, this project reflects his professional identity while leveraging the latest advancements in building construction and automation.

• Ground Floor: Reception, visitor lounge, HR department, and training rooms.
• First Floor: Administration and sales.
• Second Floor: Software development.
• Third Floor: The Managing Director’s exclusive space with a private lounge, anti-rooms, strong rooms, secretarial cabins, CEO/CFO offices, and a luxurious boardroom.
• Top Floor: Suite rooms, landscaped terrace, and dining space.

Interior Design Aesthetic

The interiors reflect a harmonious blend of modernity and timeless elegance. Local granite and imported marble were intricately incorporated into the design, offering a striking visual contrast while ensuring durability. Sleek lines and sophisticated finishes create a professional yet welcoming atmosphere.

Reception and Visitor Spaces: Highlighted by ambient lighting and minimalistic furniture, designed to leave a lasting impression.

Boardroom and Executive Offices: Luxuriously designed using premium wood veneers, leather finishes, and cutting-edge technology for a refined, professional vibe.

Suite Rooms and Dining Spaces: Featuring plush furniture, mood lighting, and a landscaped terrace that seamlessly integrates nature into the urban setting.
